DPF cleaning
Find DPF cleaning near you
A plugged DPF doesn't always need replacing. Local DPF cleaning shops can bake out ash and soot, test flow and put it back in service. When cleaning won't fix it, they can get you an Elite OEM+ replacement.

Questions
How often should a DPF be cleaned?
It depends on duty cycle and engine. Many highway tractors go 200,000 to 400,000 miles between cleanings; vocational and idle-heavy trucks need it far sooner. Rising backpressure, more frequent regens and fault codes are the signal.
Can every DPF be cleaned?
No. Cleaning removes soot and ash. It can't repair a cracked or melted substrate, a substrate that's shifted, or a corroded housing. Those need a replacement.
Where do I get a replacement if mine can't be cleaned?
Ask your DPF shop or mechanic for an Elite OEM+ DPF. They'll order it through their heavy-duty parts distributor. Find a distributor.
