How is Elite able to provide a higher quality DPF at lower cost?
Elite has decades of experience in manufacturing tens of thousands of DPFs. Our highly experienced team, custom machinery, and design knowledge allow substantial manufacturing savings that are passed along to our customers. Selling through distributors, without an OEM’s overhead, keeps it that way.
Why have I not heard of Elite DPFs?
Although Elite has been making DPFs for decades, we have always manufactured for other companies. We made the strategic decision to manufacture our own DPFs starting in 2025 and leverage our knowledge and experience to provide the trucking industry with a superior option while lowering the cost of the DPF.
In what ways does Elite improve upon the OEM design?
Our design engineers both inspect failed OEM DPFs and speak with the professionals who clean and replace DPFs to build an OEM equivalent. We have improved designs by increasing the quality of stainless steel to decrease erosion, adding filter seals that prevent movement of filter substrates, increasing the quality of welding of ports to prevent damage to the filter when removing sensors, and modifying the design to assist with installation.
