Who We Are
Elite Emission Products is a North American leader in high-quality emission control solutions for large diesel engines across on-road, mining, construction, and power generation markets. With an ISO-compliant system and a customer-focused approach, we deliver reliable, on-time manufacturing that keeps emissions in check and operations running smoothly.
Our Story
Founded in 2015 by a dedicated team of industry veterans, Elite Emission Products emerged when a former parent company closed its Canadian operations. Determined to uphold exceptional workmanship, efficient manufacturing, and outstanding service, we quickly built a reputation as a trusted partner for industrial clients. Over time, we’ve expanded our product range, invested in new machinery, and served a growing global customer base, never losing sight of our core commitment to quality and collaboration.
For years we built DPFs for other companies. In 2025 we began building our own Elite OEM+ DPFs, sold through distributors across North America.

What We Build
Our core expertise lies in the robust manufacturing of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs), Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOCs), and emission components and fittings designed to withstand high temperatures, thermal shocks, mechanical vibrations, and high back pressure. We offer canning methods including tourniquet wrapping and stuffing, and work with substrate materials such as Silicon Carbide (SiC), Metallic, and Cordierite, in sizes from 2 to 48 inches in diameter and up to 36 inches in length.
We maintain an ISO-compliant quality system, provide PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), first-off samples, and inventory tracking for customer-consigned inventory, with lot sizes from prototypes to large production runs.
